I actually found their shipping process to be pretty quick and easy. First you pull up to their driveway which they have a huge sign with a QR code. You scan that, then go find an open diagonal parking spot to your left. While parked, fill out that online checkin form which includes taking a picture of your DL. Then when they're ready for you, they'll shoot you a text saying which door to back into. After an hour or so of loading me, they shot me another ext saying to close my doors, throw the seal on that they leave in back of your trailer and then take a pic of the seal and send it to them. Then after a few minutes, they'll shoot you another text saying to walk over to their shipping office to grab your paperwork. The whole process from checking in on the app to being on my way was an hour and 15 minutes. But also keep in mind I showed up and checked in on the app about 20 minutes before my appointment time. They were very on time with me. Appointment was at 7AM and the text I got to back into a dock was right at 7AM. I was done and out of there at 7:50AM. Cheked in at 10 am for 6 pm appointment. Did not get a door till 7 pm. They did not finish loading me till 9 pm. The load is heavy, and sports drinks. As everyone saying You drive in scan bar codes at the entrance, then park across from the doors and take a nap." They will not give you a door early or even at your appointment time. I talked to a few other drivers who are here often, and they told me it common to waste a lot of time at this spot. The day shift is lazy, and the lady at the window is rude. They have shift change at 6 pm, so they won't give you the door till 19:00. The second time here, they got even worse. Now, they won't even let you check in more than 1 hour before the appointment. They kick you off the waiting list and even send you rude texts. The appointment was 19:00 this time, and I checked in at 18:00 it is 21:00, and I am still waiting for the door to get loaded. Unloading apt is 7am 300 miles away. That means I had to drive all night to get there on time. Never again getting a load that pick up in the evening...

Giving them 2 stars. Guys aren't very nice. Sarcastic and not very helpful. Be careful parking lot isn't Semi/53 ft trailer ready. Driver's beware. Check in process is a barcode scan process. With sign that says stay in your truck. Yet when you walk in the office to get your bills. They have the same sign there. No one even tries to help you they watch you to see if you fail. As if our job isn't already hard enough. Place really needs a makeover and a new crew. Sign posted by office says not to pull out on green light yet you have to send a picture of seal w/# visible.
