Terrible experience: arrived 15mins before 6am appointment and asked to sit out on the street and wait for a phone call. No issues from me there. It's now 12 in the afternoon still no call. I went in and asked the clerk and she replied that they have no space for the product they ordered. I guess this industry doesn't mind using us as on site storage containers. I understand no space but facilitate that and allow for x dock options etc to allow drivers to keep moving. We shouldn't be forced to wait hours past appointment times costing thousands of dollars. These companies are mega industry with no compassion for driving force. Sorry rant over. Others experiences seemed very smooth and thats good hoping this is a one-off...

OTR: NO Overnight parking onsite. FOLLOW scheduled appointment time. May load early on same day appointment. 24/7. The trailer must be the food grade rated. Otherwise, the trailer will be rejected if it is not food grade rated (no holes, dry, clean, no odors). Have pickup details (+ #) and delivery details (+ #). The bathroom is available next to the shipping office. There are plenty of signs to direct route. Good lighting. Bathrooms are available in the Shipping office. Tandems to the rear. Limited space, but manageable to maneuver. Must have straps to secure load. Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck....

They have some what limited space. There is no place to park on the property overnight. There is plenty of street roadside parking in the area. Ppl who work here are really friendly, and cooperation is good.

Note: Trucking companies who train students' drivers frequent this location this is not against Refresco in anyway. This is an FYI that if someone is backing in beside you, I recommend you get out and help them or at the very least be awake and in the drivers seat to be ready to sound your air horn to prevent collision 💥. There were 3 collisions 💥 by students drivers in the 3 hours...
