Rangeline Golf — Local services in Webb City

I have been going to this range ever since it had opened. Since it is now under new ownership, was hoping to see some improvements but the opposite has happened. They have driven up prices, virtually no improvements to the facility nor to the course. The customer service is atrocious. I had them put a new grip on my putter and he asked for payment up front. I said I'd rather pay when completed so i know it was done correctly and he said fine. He called later that day to tell me it was ready. I go to pick it up and he instructed the cashier not to let me touch the club till I pay. Corbin has no idea what customer service is. He is not friendly and not accommodating. That was my 2nd interaction with him and neither was a good experience. After being a customer for over 20 years I will not be back. A nice family fun destination, one of the few options for such in the Joplin area, with mini-golf, driving range, batting cages, pro-shop, small arcade, and a golf course (I don't golf, not in this review). Only rated 4* because I've been to several Branson-area mini-golf places & those are the 5* standard, but this place is still offers a challenging, well-maintained course. The arcade has several amusement machines, though not all are operational IIRC, and there's some soda & ice-cream vending options, but otherwise they're pretty limited on snack/concessions. Restrooms & water fountain need some work. In summer, there's usually a shaved-ice trailer parked in the lot. Parking is adequate. My son bloodied his nose and got blood on his club. We explained it to the staff. I explained blood borne pathogens the proper way to clean it with EPA gear. He's smarted off to I'm no doctor I can't look at your kid. I don't want you to look at my son. I'm letting you know so you can properly clean the club. He returned it with the rest of them for the next person to use a bloody club. I emailed management over this with no return email or phone call. However my child has nothing that I am aware of, there's been no reason for further testing. This a very poor health practice, very unsanitary.
