We moved to the area late August 2019. We was in desperate need to furnish our home..This was the first furniture store we visited.... The entire staff is super polite! So friendly sooo kind just good old fashioned NICE!! After our first visit at Rhoton's we went back 3 weeks later to buy a few more pieces.. Its not just the customer service. It's also the quality of their merchandise that drove us back for more... The prices oh man, who could complain?? Looking forward to our 3rd visit & hopefully many more to come.. I had purchased a mattress in december. By April it was falling apart. I have tried for three weeks to get a replacement. They have it in their store but they are waiting for another delivery to come my way. They said that i could come and get it. I said that u charged me for the delivery and if i have to come and get the replacement they should reimburse me. They act like they have such good products but WILL NOT stand behind their furniture. My father in law needed a new recliner to replace his 50 year old unit. And we needed a smaller unit to fit his bedroom. The folks at R&S had the perfect sized unit!
