We had a great Saturday adventure at Wildcat Distilling Co. You can tell that Tony & Alissa really have a passion for the business. They are family owned which is really cool. They took the time to chat with us about each of the 6 different liquors they make. We liked all of them but the Tillman was our favorite as we are bourbon/whiskey lovers! If you like complex bourbon/whiskey it is a must try! We had flights, an Old Fashioned, an Iowa Mule & they even went off menu & made a New York Sour for us! Great atmosphere, great whisky. It always feels nice to support locally made, even if you aren’t from there. It helps when the offerings are enjoyable. Our bartender, one of the owners, was very personable and offered us great insights into their products. I really like that they set up an outdoor seating area, too.
