The salesperson at Shepleys Wellfleet named Caroline was very rude on two occasions when I was placing an order. I asked a question about Azek decking and she replied " we are not a design firm " I replied that her predecessor Judy was very helpful. Caroline replied that I should call Judy ., who is now in the Hyannis office. On a second occasion , I asked if Shepleys had a lattice trim available. Caroline told me to come to the store and look for myself. Both times Caroline was rude and dismissive. This person should not be dealing with the public .
