I gave it two stars for their past history of being really good and fast with fixing phone screens and things but these past couple of years they have not been good they took my son tablet and kept saying they where ordering the part it was the charger part that got broken inside the tablet he use to have a bad habit of breaking the inside charger part to phones and tablets it's one of those ONN. android tablets from Walmart I wanted it fix real bad so I didn't trip about them having it for so long but then months went by and now it's been 2 years since I left my tablet there and never gotten in back. My number was on the back with the posted note so I was wondering why I wasn't getting a call about it or nothing. Back then I would've recommended them but instead of going crazy about it I just will never go back and I'll warn people about them. I should've wrote the review then but I'm writing now just to warn anybody if a day or two goes by and they haven't fix your stuff make them give it back to you because you probably won't...

Somebody recommended that I could get my cracked phone screen fixed here for a reasonable cost. I brought my phone up to him about 6:00 p.m., I asked him when he thought he would be finished and he said 9:00 p.m. I came back at 8:50 pm and he was gone.

He fixed my phone screen, but damaged my fingerprint sensor by pulling the back of my phone off that was attached to the sensor. Why did you need to take the back of my phone off to fix the screen? And if you broke something else on my phone you should have stayed around to tell me face to face like a grown man or you should have fixed it. He was extremely unprofessional and left before I got back EARLY!!! Thankfully, I knew one of the employees and she was kind enough to front the money, so I could pick it up through her.
