Don't special order anything from this store! I ordered and paid $1000 down on a chair last August 31. I was going to Arizona for the winter so the 6-month back order they mentioned did not concern me. When I returned home, I checked in with them and was told they had mentioned a 9-month back order time. My receipt for the deposit says 6+ months and never was I told 9 months or more. It is now the end of the 9th month and I have not heard a single word from them about my chair. We have purchased several other items from them but they were items already in the store. I've shopped at Boswell's many times over the years. I've always been very satisfied with all of my purchases. They have selections that nobody else in the valley has. I recently moved to Yakima but I still make the drive to shop at Boswell's because of their selection and their no-pressure sales staff. They are available to help but they don't follow you around and lurk around corners. I recently purchased a chair that had an issue; Glenn leapt into action to correct the problem at no cost or effort on my part. You can find cheaper stuff, sure; but if you want beautiful, unique, quality furniture with top-notch customer service, you will find it...

Everyone was very professional and went out of their way to help us. We were approached right away and made to feel welcomed. Display furniture was easy to move to look at what we wanted. Associate took time to help us measure and re measure the sofa bed we liked. He pulled out all of the 3 types of mattresses and let us lay on them to gauge for ourselves if they were comfortable enough. We were given ample time to sort through the fabric choices without, feeling rushed. It was the first place we went looking for a sofa bed.
