Beautiful day in Wenatchee for a hike before the Superbowl. This was my first time on the trail since they did a bunch of construction and made the trail wider. I would rate the hike as a moderate hike. Round trip was 2.34 miles and 870 feet elevation gain. If you're looking for a good, quick hike...

Convenient parking lot and restroom at the base of the trailhead. Nice fairly easy hike to the top with fabulous views of the Wenatchee valley. Trail is pretty steep in several areas, so shoes with good traction would be best. When the main trail splits, stay...

We checked out Saddle Rock for the first time, in the snow! It was a pretty steep climb up but very walkable. There was limited visibility due to snow/fog but the landscape was still impressive. Close to town, outhouses, lots of parking....

Beautiful hike, right on the edge of town. It's fairly strenuous if you don't do a ton of hiking. But if you take your time though can do it! It's worth it
