
I walked into First in Flight last year, ready to finally prioritize my fitness and not knowing where to start. This was the BEST gym to start my fitness and health journey! CrossFit was initially intimidating to me, but the first day I walked in, the members were so welcoming, and every coach was so helpful in ensuring I could do the exercises correctly and modified to my fitness level. Danielās programming is top notch and structured so you know exactly what to do and when to do it, without having to ask too many questions. The communication with members is on point. After being there a few months, I started nutrition programming with Allie and the accountability has helped me change my eating habits without feeling like Iām starving myself, cutting out anything I donāt want to, and itās ensured Iāll keep my goals. They focus on safety and form and provide some of the most challenging programming at the same time. They stress the importance of proper form and the importance of modifying the workout to get the proper stimulus that is necessary. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been part of this gym for over a year and a half, and I have so many good things to say about it, from Allison and her nutrition program to the coaches to the people I share every class with to Daniel who will text me every other week for 6 months to encourage me to come to class until I start coming almost everyday.
