Tendercrop Farm — Local services in Wenham

I asked for two boneless porkchops and this is what I got. One 80% larger than the other which I didn't realize until I got home. So I returned to purchase another and explain to the person at the meat counter what had happened.

As soon as I showed him the package, I started to get that attitude face. His response "most people pick which ones they want". LOL. So it's my fault? Not a sorry, just that blank stare that I'm bothering him. I said, well maybe you were new, I didn't know. He said "I've been doing this for 3 years" (with attitude.) I replied: I've been buying meats for 60 years.

Horrible...

I shop at Tendercrop a lot but today I was there and one of the immigrants working turned her head to the side and spit onto the floor. I told the cashier what I had just seen and she just said " the problem is none of them speak English" When I got home I called the manager to explain what I saw and wondered what else was being spit on in the store. The manager basically told me in so many words that she doesn't believe me and she is defending this girl but that she would check her security camera. I know what I saw and it was gross. I probably will...

Wonderful Staff, Owners! Providing such resources for their local community, at a fair price. Beautiful Ornamental Pumpkins of many varieties, Produce, crisp & tasty! Like it should taste! Breads are old world flavor, crunchy crusts and starter/ yeast/sourdough hint of flavor. Pies... Well raspberry pie looked like this after the ride home!
