Legion Speedway — Local services in Wentworth

I only gave this a 2 star rating because I think there is alot of improvement needed . The food booth workers really need to change their appearance, I went to order some food and there was a girl inside with a baby in her arms putting ready to eat food together, Never once washed her hands after not only holding the child but also not after scratching the inside of her leg with her hands. Furthermore their shirts were not clean looking (not from cooking or food prep) one had on an old ripped shirt that was behind the counter, There was very limited choices of food, Limited choices beverages. Overall I'd give the food booth a 1 star. Their bleachers had broken boards and a couple appeared very unsafe as my son stepped on one and went right through it. The announcer appeared to not really know what was going on at times, Seems as if it were his 1st day announcing, If that's the case I'll totally retract that statement. Don't get me wrong, It was a good old redneck track and I'll try it again but the whole appearance needs to be cleaned up a bit from staff not knowing what's going on to where to find a schedule down to the cleanliness of the food booth and employee general appearance. We will see what the next...

I am from out of Town Arizona. I was looking for something to do Friday evening. Found this event at Legion Speedway. I was impressed with the variety of car classes. You have a lot of great drivers. The staff is good and responsive to assist drivers. The food at the concession stand was good. This is a fantastic dirt/clay track and was fun to watch the fast cars take advantage of it. I have never been to a race track that did not serve alcohol, I actually enjoyed the experience...

We have come to the track for years .tonight we brought our 15mo grandson and had to pay 30 dollars for him to come in the pits with us . Kid friendly I think not .poor policy maybe you should charge the dogs as well. Please...
