Trophy Outlet — Local services in Wentzville

Back in early March, I placed a very small order from the Trophy Outlet, two Golf Gold Medals for our signature event of the year for our office golf club. This spring event has been a tradition to our office since 2016 and in addition to the regular trophies that we always present, we also presented to the winners of the tournament the same two traditional gold medals in which we purchase from the Trophy Outlet every year.

Shortly after placing my order, I got an e-mail from Nikki Schrader at the Trophy Outlet letting me know that unfortunately these two medals, just like most everything else was at the time, were on backorder. However, she actually offered to send me two replacement gold medals free of charge until the ones that I ordered had arrived.

Well, in wanting to keep with tradition and present the same gold medals, I actually searched online for several days. Finding nothing, I decided to take Nikki up on her generous offer. I received the two replacement medals and presented them to the winners at our awards ceremony while letting them know that when the traditional medals come in, I will give them to you.

Months went by and I honestly forgot about them until the middle of August, when I got an e-mail from Nikki at the Trophy Outlet letting me know that they had arrived.

I was actually shocked that they/she remembered and followed up. I received the traditional medals shortly thereafter and gave them to the two winners. Even they were surprised!

But even know that my order was small, the 2 medals that I ordered were for a small golf tournament that my coworkers love and look forward to every year and it was somewhat important to me that the medals were the same ones that we have been giving out since 2016 (I love sticking with “tradition”).

During my last order I found out they had transitioned to all online orders. I was bummed because I genuinely enjoyed going into the shop and talking to the crew. Anyways, fast forward to this year. I submitted my annual order for a new name plate for our fantasy football trophy. In the picture I sent them they noticed that 2 of the plates has mismatching fonts. To my surprise, when I opened my delivery they had replaced the mismatched font FOR FREE & UNPROMPTED. THATS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS AND KEEP LOYAL CUSTOMERS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS I WOULD.
