State Farm Insurance — Local services in Wesleyville

So disappointed that I have to take the time to share this, but I know how important it is to make others aware. I have had the worst, and I’m not exaggerating.. the worst customer service and experience with this office. At first getting me to switch over I received great customer service. Then three months later when my bill was generated for the month it was $70 more than it was promised to be. This was a mistake on their end. I reached out, and it was taken care of that month after a long month of poor communication. Then, my next bill was generated.... and was $70 more again. I reached out and was told nothing could be done, and that in order to not get “pushed back” I must pay the incorrect bill in its entirety....so after waiting to see if they might be able to fix it, I finally agreed to pay incorrect amount, as long as they promised to credit the difference to my next month’s bill. I was in fact promised this. So then the next month comes around and I’m patiently waiting for my updated bill. I’m getting emails saying my policy was going to be canceled, so I follow up. I’m told it just takes time.. so I wait, for the ENTIRE MONTH to be told I should just pay the full amount so “things don’t get backed up.” And during this month I send emails, I make phone calls, I send texts, because that’s what the woman in charge of billing preferred..and her lack of communication and poor responses led me to switch back to my previous insurance agent with Erie Insurance.. in those three days I already received astronomically better customer service, response, and care than I did the entire time with this office.. Pete Krzak and his team at State Farm are true insurance professionals. They not only got me a great rate on my insurance, but they found some holes in my previous coverage that they helped me get taken care of. They are super responsive when I have questions, professional and attentive when I call, as well as being some of the most knowledgable insurance professionals I have dealt with. If I could write multiple reviews and 10 stars, I would do so. Pete and his team have not only bailed me out at the 11th hour on several of my real estate deals and gotten me insurance on properties that nobody else would, but they also have helped numerous clients of mine as well through the years. Most recently, they took the initiative to review my auto with another company and reached out to tell me that they could now save me almost HALF of my cost.
