Cash & Carry Furniture Warehouse — Local services in West Bend

The Worst customer service in the history of furniture stores. This place would benefit from installing a self check out and paying one security worker to prevent theft since they only take cash and don't deliver the furniture, or seem to know how to make a sale, there is no point to employees especially as horrible as Cathy. She should be let go and actually cost this company money, and gives it a awful reputation. After looking at furniture I left and on the way out Cathy gave me a card (useless because you cant call into the store to pay, and have to come in for any transaction, so unless your wanting to call to talk to the rudest furniture wench with bad teeth and even worse attitude what's the point in the card...) I returned with cash after going to the bank across town, while checking out I was $4 dollars short due to tax on a large purchase. Instead of making a sale this lady tells me to go to fleet farm and buy a pack of gum and get cash back...........I nicely asked to talk to someone in charge and was told No............. I was told she cant change the price and wont, and she was NOT willing to let me speak to anyone who could. Cathy is a tall lady with black hair and a piss poor attitude who couldn't make a sale if a bag of money was thrown at her. She told me again to go across the street, and she laughed at me from across the counter, she couldn't have been more rude, and disrespectful. I didn't purchase the furniture and ended up walking out because I cant justify giving a penny of my money to someone so awful. If there would have been another sales person working I might have went and got the $4 bucks. Save your money and your patience and go somewhere else. For months I was on a mission to find a sectional that I liked and that would fit in our living room. I had a vision. I came across Cash N Carry while waisting time one afternoon . I spent a good two plus hours walking around the store. Finally I decided to create my own sectional by putting pieces together that weren’t an option. After a million questions and a few awkward head tilts from the sales lady, I ordered what I wanted. Nervous about what it would actually look like. Today I pick up my new section and I LOVE IT!!!! I went in looking for a dining room table. Immediately I noticed that only the patrons were wearing masks, the saleswoman was not. She did come over and greet us and told us her name was Katherine. We looked around for a little bit and she came back and asked if we had questions. I did, but she got a little close, so we politely asked if she'd step back, because she wasn't wearing a mask. I asked my question, but then she left...I thought she went to get a pamphlet or something, because I asked about color options. She never came back.
