Pam and Daniel were AMAZING to work with. My fiance had originally gone to a big box store in the mall. After my ring breaking 5 times (I only got to wear it for 2 months out of the 8 months we had it since it was in the shop being "repaired" so often) we decided we'd had enough. After doing some research and getting a few personal recommendations we chose Welling & Co. to totally redesign the ring and design our wedding bands to match. I met with Pam and she was so warm and professional. She quickly was able to describe the custom process and approximate costs. Next we met with Daniel Welling who designs all custom pieces and he really knew his stuff. The overall process took 3 weeks from initial conversation to having a whole new BEAUTIFUL ring in hand. The quality blows my mind and the cost was much less expensive than the store in the mall! I would recommend this company and its products to anyone and everyone no matter your budget or design ideas because, they can make it reality! If I could give 100 stars, I would! I had the honor of accompanying my future son-in-law to choose a diamond and a setting for my daughter. Suzanne listened carefully to what he wanted. She very patiently explained how the process worked from choosing a diamond to choosing a setting to sizing and care. She explained all the things that jewelers know but young men don't like GIA certification, color vs. clarity, etc. She explained why one might choose white gold or platinum. She explained what 80% of the buyers do which was helpful. She always gave her opinion when asked. She simplifies everything so the process in easy and fun. She gets a sense of the bride and what would suit her. Suzanne made the whole experience so special for my new son-in-law and for me. Welling and Co. has been around for a long time. I didn't know much about a rings, but I had a good idea of what my fiancé might like. After sharing these ideas with Danny Welling, he was able to create several designs to me to chose from. The ring turned about better than I could have imagined, and Danny communicated with me every step of the way. He made a very stressful process as stress free as I believe it could be.

A year later, my fiancé and I called the store to ask about getting our wedding bands. Danny answered the phone, and after we told him our names, he not only remembered working with us, he remembered the exact ring he made for us.
