Terrible experience. I took in my watch on a Saturday to simply have the battery replaced. This watch is a few year's old however this was the first time getting the battery changed. The owner took my watch to the back and did not come back upfront for an extended period of time. When he finally came back upfront he told me that he was unable to open the watch and that I could leave the watch there and it will be ready for pick up on Tuesday! As stated above this was a Saturday. Three days to replace a watch battery is completely unacceptable. Most places in the mall will change the battery within an hour of dropping it off. When I asked why it would take so long to replace the battery he said it needed a special machine to help open the back of the watch. He then stated that the last person to change the battery on this watch must have also had a hard time do to the small scratches on the back. Once again as stated above this was the first time taking the watch in for a battery replacement. I took my watch and left the store. It was not until I got home that I saw all of the VERY LARGE SCRATCHES on the back of my watch and all the pry marks from him trying to open it. The back is completely ruined! And the fact that he tried to cover it up by saying that the last guy must have had a hard time too shows how untrustworthy these people are. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. First things first the owners are two of the most friendly people I have met. Instantly welcomed us in and gave us a seat so we could begin looking at rings. Every question we had was answered in great detail, and he worked with me every step of the way. In terms of cost, I felt like I got a steal.
