TreeTop Escape — Local services in West Chicago

A few weeks ago we celebrated my daughter's 7-year-2-month birthday at the treetop escape. The food and service was amazing and everyone in my group enjoyed the party. However, I was very disappointed that the so called "grass" they had in installed was in fact not grass but a sort of turf. This was a little disappointing because as a vegetarian and vegan I was not able to pick the grass and eat it. Also, if I had to describe this excursion with 1 word I would say "parrot predicament". I got several complaints from my party that they kept hearing what seemed to be a parrot coming from the ventilation systems. Before I became a nuisance and complained to our personal party attendant, I spent 33.85 minutes searching the entire playground for this parrot to no avail. When I inquired about this to our personal party attendant they claimed it was a built-in sound feature of the play place. This is a very lame excuse to cover up an apparent bird...

This place is a lot of fun for kids, especially if you have ones that are smaller. It's a really good place for birthday parties, and they used to have Groupons which I don't see that they have them available now, but it came out to be like $15 for three kids to go and play all day. The kids have a blast because there are birthday parties here like every weekend, so there's usually a ton of kids, and it's nice because you could go here all year round since it's indoors. They keep it very clean, and there's a bottle refill station by the water fountain, and the bathrooms are always kept really nice...

We had the pleasure of hosting our daughter's 5th birthday party here. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth party. Our party attendant, Ben, had everything prepped and ready before we even got there. The newly designed play area was perfect and my daughter and her friends enjoyed all of the fun slides, tree house and play areas as well as the adorable new party room!
