The Harners repaired our refrigerator. The bottom freezer door and baskets were removed to facilitate the repair. Kevin Harner worked in the freezer area to "defrost" the ice build up. The refrigerator worked well after the repair with no complaints at all. However, when we went to use the freezer later, we noticed that the door caught and stuck (really stuck!) at one point. This never occured prior to the repair. The freezer door had always opened and closed without difficulty. When we called with our concern, the immediate response over the phone was that he noticed that the rails were in "rough" shape when the repair was made. It was also stated that he could not have damaged the rails. Since the problem was unknown, I still requested an appointment to diagnose what exactly was wrong. Upon arrival, all either had to say was that he had not damaged the rails. When the freezer was finally inspected, they pointed out some broken teeth on the rail. When told that this issue did not happen until after the repair, I was informed again that we simply had not noticed . Neither allowed me to complete a single sentence. They both continued to talk loudly and over me, continuously interrupting me. When I asked them to allow me to speak, they refused. They continued to be defensive, rude and loud. I had to raise my voice to indicate that they needed to leave. They reassembled the freezer door and left. Later, I went to use the freezer and guess what? It was working properly! All these "experts" needed to do was settle down and do an actual diagnosis of the problem, rather than assuming and being bullying cads. Their unprofessional behavior overshadows...
Read moreI tried to call and schedule a appointment for my refrigerator to be looked at. Their website stated their business hours were until 7pm. I called at 5pm and called both of their numbers several times to try and get someone to answer. Finally , i left a message and expected a call back, which i didn't receive by 10am the next morning , so i called again and finally got a lady on the phone . when i explained that I left a message the day before , she said that she hadn't checked her messages. She asked me what brand refrigerator i had and when i responded LG . she quickly shut me down with her statement that "we don't work on LG or Samsung refrigerators'" as they are a pain. I mean really??? are refrigerator brands made so differently? It's like a garage telling you they work on cars but not Toyota's because they are a a pain. I have a service business with two locations and 50 employees, i can't believe how some small businesses operate. Afterward i read some of the negative reviews and i am glad this didn't work out. (we are a family of 6) they got to us in within a day and looked at, diagnosed the problem and this is where I wanna tell you guys how awesome of people they truly are... instead of taking advantage of us and fixing it for a very high price they straight up so honestly said its not worth the price to fix you should get a new one... any other company would have been like let's make money and if it breaks in a month oh well ... they are super professional and very very knowledgeable even though they weren't able to fix our washer. They helped me so much today by diagnosing the problem...giving my mind ease that now it's okay to just spend the money to buy a new one. Also she gave me tips and tricks how to be less harsh on the new one I get and also recommended a washer that they think would be best for us! Please before you call any other repair company. You won't regret it! Please call them!...
