Not happy. Overcharged by about $5 for an item that marked as on sale with red sticker. Cashier charged regular price. I didnât notice until I got back to my campground. It will cost more in fuel to return for the refund. They also charge a utility fee. Not sure what that is about. Paid cash so itâs not a card fee. Finally, I was already put off by the employee who was yelling loudly as each customer walked in, that they would be closing in 15 min..then 10âŚand eventually down by the minute. Everyone was in line waiting to be checked out except for maybe one or two people who were grabbing snacks. It did not make for a great customer experience. He simply could have informed those coming in (as he was right by the door) that they would be closing in a few minutes. It would have been sufficient, it was very abrasive and made paying customers feel very unwelcome. My husband and I were trying to notify the National Park Service to send a park Ranger to help our family members who were stuck on a trail.
