Bewley's Irish Imports is worthy of a 10 star review!! I'm a repeat customer to BII because their products are first class both in quality, style, content and price and the people are amazing and care so much about your order, your business, your value as a customer! I've ordered different products in each order and in every case the quality is first class. The flavors of the tea and coffee are sooo good - its like your taking a trip into Bewley's store on Grafton Street Dublin (which I did pass this Christmas on a trip home and reminded me who awesome it is to get flavors of Ireland in the USA)! The tea is sooo good - it gives me my kick of proper tea here that doesn't even remotely compare to Starbucks, Earl Grey or British Breakfast. We say back home once you have Irish Tea - you wont trade it!! The cookies (Bewley's) that I give to all my guests with tea/coffee are always so fresh and have that caramel hint you just love! Delish - highly recommend! I go through these quicker than I wish but can't hold them as everyone always wants more! Everything they sell is high quality and there is care in how they pack - delicate items (food and/or glass) are well packaged and protected and you always get a lovely personal note in the box thanking you for your business. It makes you feel like your family (very Irish too!!). larger ordered are valued in that they give you free shipping despite the fact that you know your order is heavier! I wish I could add 5 more stars! Bewley's demonstrates incredible customer service with reasonable prices even when having my order shipped to California. During my visits to Ireland, I tried the Flahavan's Quick Oats and fell in love with the slight sweetness as well as a taste as if it were cooked with milk. I had to order a case for home. While scrolling through other products, I saw these Kilbeggan Irish Oat Cookies with chocolate chips. I'm borderline diabetic so I have to watch my sugars which limits me to a choice of sweets. These cookies are low sugar but big on flavor! So tasty with coffee. So, my order arrives and Bewley's included free samples of other products. That's not all! Although we were familiar with Bewley teas, we very much enjoyed the tea when visiting Dublin and purchased the afternoon blend loose tea to take home. Have ordered teas several times online, getting it at less cost than at our grocery stores. We like the Afternoon, Dublin Breakfast, and Irish Breakfast. They sent us a sample of the Irish Oat cookies and we loved them, purchasing more every year. My wife drinks decaffeinated tea after 2 pm and Bewley's decaffeinated tea is one of the few she likes.
