Recently purchased a pre-owned West Elm couch from Kindred Couches and we absolutely love it! After months of searching online, out of everything we came across, this seemed to be the one that was most reasonably priced and in fantastic condition. I reached out to them to ask a few questions about the condition. Yoxin responded to my messages right away and took the time to answer every question I had. She explained to me that all of their inventory is professionally cleaned and carefully looked after. I didn’t feel rushed, nor was I treated like stupid questions were being asked. I proceeded to ask if it was at all possible to test the couch as well as any others they had available to sell. Yoxin said absolutely no problem and proceeded to schedule a good date and time and accommodated our schedule.

My wife and I drove to her family storage area where we met with her son Carlton. Right away Carlton was welcoming and had the couch already setup outside and ready to look at/try out. He was kind, patient and completely understanding. We deliberated on it a bit and asked if we could view anything else they might have in stock. Without hesitations, he invited us to view and tour their small showroom which featured other couches from different brands and styles. We spent some time testing them all and discussing the pros and cons of each. Carlton was honest and spent time helping us figure out which was the right one for us and never rushed or made us feel as though we were wasting his time. He was insightful and very helpful. We ended up going for the west elm couch we initially viewed and drove to see. Carlton even arranged shipping and had excellent communications with us. Within a few days, the couch was delivered as promised by their team who took good care to unload and even took off their shoes to prevent getting anything on the white carpet and went as far as installing the sectional pieces for us in place. They absolutely care about their customers.

From our experience, the Kindred Couches team are professional and I couldn’t have stumbled across a more honest and hard working group of friends and family. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Kindred Couches! I've been searching for a loveseat for our sunroom for quite a while. Luckily I came across a Kindred Couches post on social media and decided to check them out. After reading through the "About us" section on their website, I was hooked. I LOVE the history of how they started their company, and how three young brothers are doing something so cool. They not only provide great products and a fantastic price, but they also are keeping furniture from ending up in the landfill.

I found the perfect loveseat in their online inventory. I sent a message to request an appointment to go see it, and received a response from Nate right way. We met the following day. Nate was amazing! He is friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I came across them on FB marketplace and stalked their listings for a couple weeks when a Crate and Barrel sectional popped up that looked like the perfect fit for my growing family. I sent a message through their website and got a very prompt response and was able to come see the couch in person within an hour. The business is family run, and the owners were friendly & personable. We were totally sold on the product and their business after meeting them, and bought the couch that day.
