This dealership is using fake accounts to leave reviews to bury the bad ones! Yikes! If that isn't enough of a red flag, read below!
I rather walk with two broken legs then have to buy the last available car on Earth from Ciocca Honda. Are you a millennial? Gen Z? Well buckle up, because these people are on a thin line of harassment charges from blowing up your phone with annoying, elementary videos of them trying to be 'cool' and 'on trend' of selling you cars you aren't even looking for, or are even outside of your budget. I recommend riding a lawn mower, over purchasing a car from Ciocca, and here are the following reasons why:
They ask why your ideal monthly payment is. (What a stupid question.) My ideal monthly payment is $0. I don't want a car payment. They think this is not an answer, and unreasonable. (HINT: They are wrong - it is an answer, and totally legitimate!)
-The bring out this basic, odd looking document, that they want you to sign before showing us any offers. Not sure what signing a notebook paper would contract me to, but okay then.
-They appraised our trade in at several hundred dollars below the value given by another offer.
-They wanted to charge us over $600 dollars for floor mats, when other dealerships charge a mere $210 dollars. Also, if anyone with a solid brain would go online and check out Husky Floor Liners, or Weather Tech Liners, it is even cheaper than $200 dollars and would fit a new car seamlessly.
-They included features that we specifically asked not to be included, and then told us that they could not be removed from the offer. (IE Wheel Locks, @ $125.) (Salesrats, it is a CAR, not a TRUCK. I am not hauling my horse trailer with it.)
Their manager, Ahmad Rasheed, gave only scripted, canned responses to questions and inquiries, giving a long, insincere speech about customer satisfaction.
Rasheed additionally responded to concerns about finding a good setup of the mirrors and seat position in the car by mentioning how he just drives it as-is and doesn’t care much for fitting comfortably in the car- implying that we shouldn’t care either. Which is weird, because as a taller than average individual (6'4"), you would think someone paying money for their car should care about their comfort and SAFETY in fitting in a car from Ciocca.
They neglect to calculate and include taxes when presenting offers, even when the offer has been itemized. When we pointed out the missing tax, they calculated it incorrectly, prompting us to do the calculations correctly for them. THIS If you can't do sales tax right, how can we trust that anything else would be correct? 6% sales tax is 6%.
When all was said and done, along with plenty of abstract charges that they decided to tack on, the price of the car we were looking to purchase was 3 to 4 thousand dollars more expensive than what we were looking to pay and more expensive than similar offers from other Honda dealerships. Obviously, we asked if there was room for them to lower the price and work with us. The Finance Manager, Evan Kline, demanded that we give the first offer, despite Ciocca holding almost all of the cards. When we declined, he said he could lower the price by a mere $100. This reduction was nothing more than an arrogant remark trying to pressure us into making a counter offer. In his words, “It’s a joke.” It was a joke, and we weren’t laughing. We immediately left, leaving him with Justin Duman, the novice salesperson that he had just cheated out of a sale.
From my experience, joking with a potential customer, that could pay in cash is not recommended. The real joke is all the salesrat employees they have.
We managed to get more money for our trade in and get a year newer model for cheaper at another local Honda dealership the following...
Read moreIn the degenerate world of car sales, Ciocca has shown themselves to truly be the bottom of the barrel. Between relentless calls and texts starting within minutes of leaving the dealership to overt attempts to swindle customers out of thousands of dollars, our experience with Ciocca was awful.

They tried to have us sign a strange, unprofessional looking document before they would even show us any offers.
They attempted to charge us over $600 for floor mats when other Honda locations were charging a mere $210.
Features such as wheel locks were included against our will and could not be removed from the offer, an additional $125.

Read moreI am from out of town. 4 hours away in Youngstown, OH to be exact. I drive up to Mechanicsburg once a week and stay typically for about a week as I am in training to be a pet stylist. I was rear ended in an accident after the big snow storm and my car was totaled. I was driving an old car that I had bought outright purposely so that I would have a temporary vehicle to commute back and forth and get rid of when I was finished with training. I was left with a check and 5 days to find a car suitable to drive 500 miles every week. I had started looking on truecar and found a few cars that I was interested in and made appointments to look at them. I'm a younger female and have absolutely zero experience financing a car or what to look for, so my anxiety was through the roof about everything. Terrified I was going to be taken advantage of and not offered any genuine help after hearing stories from friends and family at other dealerships, I decided to take my chances anyways and face my fears. I met with my salesman (Tyler Lewis) originally to look at a Chevy Cruze, test drove it, and hated it. We looked at a few other options after that and finally Tyler got me into a 2015 Civic and I fell in love. The only problem I had to tackle was getting approved. It took a little longer and was definitely an emotional wait to say the least, but three days later I got the call that I was approved and could come pick my car up!!! In perfect timing as it was the last day that I had the rental and would be left stranded 4 hours away with home with no vehicle, and my hotel would have been unreserved as I had planned a trip home that weekend. Words cannot describe how happy I am that I chose this dealership and got placed with the salesman that I did. I cannot recall every single persons name but You all did a wonderful job. I know I worked with Tyler Lewis and James Jimenez for sure. Professional, personable, made me feel comfortable and helped me every step of the way. 10/10...
