This guy charged us for a mattress then told us after charging that we would not be getting that mattress. Then proceeded to give us his floor model that was out for whi knows how long, the floor model had threads popping and was not in perfect condition. Also the box spring did not match the mattress it's like he just threw together any old set so he could charge top dollar. Returned all the said above got a refund and he charged my card again for full amount claiming it was damaged upon return. I left it outside their store as directed by his employee. No telling how long he left it out there. This guy in my opinion is a crook, and will be disputing his charge on my card. The Owner is not very friendly, he is also a liar, charged my mothers card first then goes on to say he “doesn’t have the exact model mattress she wanted” and can’t explain to her in detail what the difference in product was, and shoved her n out the door with a poorly wrapped floor model. He’s a LIAR and not level headed at all, I HIGHLY suggest not wasting your time with this guy, because you will have to deal with him at some point, he won’t let his own staff checkout anyone with credit cards. Just be smarter and go to Mattress Firm or another furniture store.
