I would not recommend purchasing anything from here. A friend purchased a Magic the Gathering Secret Lair nerf blaster from here on 12-26-23 and gave it to me as a gift. The product seemed intact. Upon opening the product it was missing items which were promotional cards that were supposed to come with it. The product was supposed to come with a nerf blaster, 6 darts and 2 promo cards. I went back to the store to let them know that the promos were missing and they said that they took them out of all the nerf blaster packages and sold them all already ( which the cards have a slip in their packaging that says NOT FOR RESALE). They said if they left them in there they would have to sell the complete product for $100 or more. MSRP for the product is $39.99 for the whole package. They were selling it for $40 without the cards. When my friend purchased it there were no signs saying that it was an incomplete product and they were not informed at the counter. Felling very disappointed and cheated I asked how could this be fixed and all that was offered was a refund or a $10 store credit for $60 worth of product that was missing. I will not be purchasing anything from this business anymore and I encourage you to do the same. If you do, I hope you have a better experience than I did. Very disappointing.

We were unaware that we were purchasing an incomplete item from your business. It is overpriced without the cards in it. There should have been a sign up on the display stating so from the beginning. Due to the who interaction with the store and what I have heard from the surrounding communitie I will not be returning.

There is nothing more you can do for me.I tried to get this resolved while I was there but was only met with a business that doesn't seem to care about their customers. So there isn't anything you can do for me. I just hope others are cautious about what they get from there and that you care for your customer base and community better.

I live in Boone where we have nothing to offer like this truly awesome place that I discovered yesterday while visiting West Jefferson. The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely welcoming. They take time to get to know you and to answer questions about their menu items. I had the best tuna salad ever!!! Then, a delicious avocolada smoothie!!! I also had their Fire Cider which, with only a shot-sized serving, contains ingredients that I firmly believe is a sure way to ward off colds and flu. I even bought a couple of shots to go!!! I could have spent the entire day at this cozy place, with its perfect inside atmosphere, along with the awning outside and view across the quaint small street on a snowy afternoon. It was a pleasure meeting and talking with staff member O, who is from Oregon, and to hear her heartfelt passion about working at The Farmhouse Juice and Wellness Shop. Cassondra is so friendly and welcoming as well!! What great service!!!!! These ladies are so nice and they make coming here very enjoyable!!!! I only wish I lived in West Jefferson so I could visit this wonderful treasure every single day. Place is usually dead unless it’s a late night usually on the weekends. Staff usually doesn’t interact with you unless you seek it out. Most things are out of budget for most people so if you plan to go here and buy even something small you’ll typically find it’s anywhere from 60-200$ not much selection in terms of DND basically a store to buy trading cards. Owners have a history of bad mouthing reviewers especially on Facebook. All in all not very good business practice. Don’t go here with any expectations as they won’t like up to it. All my friends and I avoid here as it’s just not worth it. If you want something like this but better go to dragons den in Boone NC

Edit: Had a bad experience with one of the employees wasn’t the owners so maybe just a bad day. Dragons den has a better selection for what me and my friends look for. Not always looking for dice. Don’t appreciate the guilt tripping by mentioning the funeral. Apologies for the loss of whomever passed.

Have no beef with the owners just a particular employee! Shouldn’t add a star for the rude comment and reply but will to appease the tension. Still stand...
