Quik Pik Market — Local services in West Jordan

This has been my spot for well over two years as I live in the neighborhood attached to it. Slowly things have happened which have put a bad taste in my mouth recently so I hope the owner reads this as I have hit my boiling point. The chubby guy with the glasses that works there is lazy, he puts an out of order sign on the bathroom as of recently so nobody can use it so he can avoid cleaning the bathroom. One day me and another person were getting a soda and of course like always the lids and straws were empty because he is careless and doesn’t pay attention enough to stock anything, I took it upon my self to pull straws and lids out from beneath the counter in which he came back with an attitude like he had a problem with me doing this. He parades around like he is the actual owner when I know he is a family member. I recently told him that cigarettes at the other quick pik were $10.46 as they sell for $11.04 at this store. He gave me an attitude about that. If I was the owner I would want to know if my competitors with the same franchise name had better prices as this would help my store be just as competitive but no he didn’t like that. The soda machine is always broken now so I am forced to buy coke instead of my preferred Pepsi. Also now he is charging me more for my refill on my soda. This morning I sat in the parking lot waiting for the store to open because he cannot get out of bed on time to make sure to be there to open the store on time especially when he lives down the street. His wife is a sweetheart and I like her a lot as well as the main owner who I see rarely but he is a nice guy. But so far I have visited the other quick pik twice and the store is very very clean compared to this location. The cashiers are very nice and friendly. After this morning I will be taking all my business to the other quick pik. Cheaper prices. Cleaner, and the main staff are far more polite than the guy that is always at...

Beware of buying puff bars at this location. I got one that died in less than 24 hours and they wouldn’t do anything to fix the problem. Just out $22. I will never purchase them from that place again. Very disappointing. Especially since I bought one every 3-4 days. But who can afford that much for it to die in less...
