Subway — Restaurant in West Jordan

I struggle with this one. We used to do to go orders all the time on the way home from work and it was always great. We decided to come here without using the app. When we got there one person was ahead of us in the line. There were two workers, one was filling online orders, and one was doing in person orders. As soon as it was our turn to give our order to the gentleman doing the in person orders, the woman who was filling the online orders told him to stop and focus on online orders. Which in my mind was a bad decision. What he was doing made a lot more sense.

At this point in time, there were five parties in line for a total of 10 people. They started making five sandwiches and the two workers got so confused between who was doing what that it took them twice as long to do those sandwiches. Instead of having one person focus on in person in orders and one person focus on online orders, they made it a lot more complicated and took much longer. Three customers walked out the door in the process.

Next time, we’ll avoid this Subway and drive a little farther to get our sandwiches. Also….as usual, they had no footlong cookies.

My husband and I go to this Subway all the time, and we like it. I am on a special diet, so it's often difficult for me to find something that qualifies when I go out to restaurants, or fast food. I love the current Subway Sliders! They are small, but when I order 2, generally the Ham & Pepper Jack Cheese and I add a little mayo, because it comes just plain & the Turkey & Pepper Jack Cheese, which comes with Spinach, and I add a small amount of mayo to that as well. They will ask you if you want your sliders toasted, as they do with their footlongs, but I don't like my sliders toasted, and get them cold instead. Subway offers a members club, and if you go often, I highly recommend this to give you discounts on your food. You earn points off for everything you but, chips, cookies, sandwiches and drinks included. You can also fill out the surveys on the back of your receipts to earn free items if you don't wish to join the club. Maria and her colleague were exceptionally slow, rude, and unhygienic. When we arrived there was no one in line. The male colleague was making two sandwhiches. Maria chose to ignore the line of customers and break bread on the trays. When I asked for the supervisor name and phone number she refused to give the number. Another customer asked the male to change his gloves after he touched his ears and tried to go back to making her sandwich. She waited 20 plus min and they ended up refusing to finish her online order. The rudeness and unprofessional behavior is a blemish on subway. They refused to give the store number to file a complaint. I noticed a receipt openly displayed on the counter and got the order number.

Maria should be terminated as should the boy. Both were rude and ignored customer concerns. Both actively refused to provide supervisor information, supervisor office number, store number, or provide a way for customers to file a complaint. 7 people left the store unhappy with these two.
