Employees at the store are nice and will go out of their way to get you to sign up a contract. After that, any problems with billing or tech support you’ll be SOL!! their customer service employees are RUDE and SARCASTIC!! they’ll leave you on the phone waiting, will hang up on you and get and attitude when you ask for a supervisor. They’ll lie and make promises that they know will never come through. They’ll laugh and raise their voice to you as if you were their child. I submitted sever complaints in writing, never received an answer. I tried several times to get a hold of the billing department, they never got on the phone with me. The only people you get to talk are those SOB customer service employees! They charged me 2 months in a single month, for over 6 months they kept telling me that they were going to fix the problem and reimburse me, never did. I gave them bank statements and everything they wanted to “prove” to them they had over charged me. Left numerous messages for billing dept. never called me back so i stopped paying my bill, phone got disconnected. I didn’t pay them the last two months, I actually owe them 1month. Now, EVERY DAY they’re CALLING ME!! For the last 6 months they never returned my calls but now I owe them a month and there’s not a day I don’t receive a call from them being nice about me returning their call. Ha! I asked them for some kind of deal I was new to the area they told me I had to get cable in the phone I told my didn't need a phone because I don't know anybody that's local I wanted to get rid of the phone they told me I couldn't unless I went up from Basic Internet which cost me 35 instead I would have to pay 80., we just implemented these changes last week she said now mind you I called up 2 weeks before the actually put it and so when did they actually change it I was told I could use my own router when the guy get here he tells me I can't. I've been talking to Other cable companies and Internet companies and hopefully they will be one here soon say bye bye to Appalachian wireless.what joke if I could give zero I would.They lie .
