Dollar General — Local services in West Liberty

Would have given more stars since this is my preferred Dollar General, due to its convenient location to my house, if it wasn't for one specific employee. I'm not going to mention names, but I'm sure anyone who stops here will know what I mean when I say that this certain person could use some classes in politeness! It's kinda bad when an employee makes you feel like you've done something wrong just for needing to pay for your items...sorry didn't mean to ask you to do your job! I can understand having a bad day every now and then, but this employee needs a serious attitude adjustment when interacting with customers. Kinda baffles me since I always try to be patient and polite, yet consistently get the same treatment, as if I ruined this person's day just because I needed to stop...

Saw a female employee get publicly humiliated by manager giving her a reduced work schedule. That's clearly not good treatment of employees. She did not complain and continued her work with a smile. Still it is bad protocol to do employees as I could tell she was clearly hurt and upset by the tear that quietly glided down the side of her face. 😢😢😢😢😢 Dollar General I'm disappointed in how you have lost touch with the people that contri6to profit and are unfairly givin terrible treatment do not want to see public treatment like this again or I will not shop at this scroogy...

I was in your dollar store today 2/4/2021 @ 3:25 PM and the employee working the register was not following healthy at work guidelines they were not wearing a mask, also I observed her coughing not covering her mouth.  I only had cash so I told her to keep over 2 dollars in change because I didn't want to touch it after she had.  This is unacceptable behavior, this isn't the first time I have observed this behavior from employees at...
