Superior Play Systems — Local services in West Norriton Township

Final result is pretty awesome, my son loves it! The process to get there was a little wonky, as getting scheduled required some chasing and the install guy was a unique character. After install, we were concerned about the playset being uneven. I called, spoke with the install manager, and he said he would send someone to look at it but never did. I was tired of chasing them. So...hope it's okay to play on!

UPDATE:: Superior Play Systems finally sent someone out to fix the crookedness, 2 months after it was installed and I originally began calling about the issue. I get it, it’s their busy season. But the guy who came out said the original guy installed everything wrong! The new guy fixed and leveled the A-frame which required drilling new holes and leaving the old holes exposed. I have since been trying to get ahold of them again to have the holes in the A-frame addressed (the repair guy said leaving them exposed would compromise the integrity of the playset quicker, and I didn’t pay all this money for jacked up materials and shorty installation). I have tried phone, text, email, and online chat, all in vain. And now a swing is loose!!!! Seems like they’re swamped with sales but not investing in their installation or service teams to support those sales or customers. I am giving it one more week and then I’m disputing the charge with my credit card and they can come take the whole thing away. This is ridiculous!!

UPDATE #2: Another installer came out and fixed the A-frame again, and tightened the loose swing. This installer seemed like he knew what he was doing, and it was more than just 1 person this time. Hopefully all good now. A long road to a nice destination. My recommendation - ask for a competent installer with a team of more...

I couldn’t be happier about my experience at Supperior Play in Norristown.

My wife and I scrutinized the purchase of a big system all summer: Costco, Amazon, Home Depot, Facebook Marketplace? Would we assemble ourselves? Some of these reviews aren’t great.

We finally decided to go to Superior Play Systems which we assumed would be out of our budget but we knew they made great equipment.

We spent a couple hours in the store with Drew who guided us through the entire process and made us feel comfortable with our decision.

SPS has a very flexible ordering and cancelation process. We were able to change our minds and change set with a simple phone call.

The best part was that our 3 week lead time turned into 3 days. A lifesaver when your little ones are asking when their new swing set was coming.

Drew worked hard to make us comfortable, choose the right set and even find us a a better deal than we had anticipated. He did not have to do this but it means a lot.

The delivery was great, the installers showed up when they said they would, were friendly, and professional.

11/10 experience when a company not only delivers but exceeds your expectations. We’re very happy and we wish we’d come in sooner....

BUYER BEWARE! I wish that I had read the reviews more carefully. It seems a lot of them only refer to the location where you can let your children play on the play sets. I ordered a play set for my niece and nephew and the company was extremely helpful during the sales process. I even ended up upgrading and going over my $7,000 budget. I paid for the professional set up and installation and was told due to covid it would be 4 to 6 weeks for setup and installation which I Completely understood. AS SOON AS THEY HAD MY MONEY NOTHING! We had to reach out to them multiple times and then finally got a date 8 weeks later. They then canceled on us twice and when they did show up they did not have the complete play set and said they would have the rest in a week or two. The whole process was insane they did not care at all about us as customers we were super understanding and flexible at first we understand things happen but there was no apology or followup now 16 weeks later the kids finally have a complete play set just in...
