I hate leaving a low star review but...let me start with I really like the place and will prob go back but I will not be buying any more shoes from there. I understand no receipt no refund but I bought a pair of shoes and they fit great until the next time I wore them as soon as I put them on they started ripping at the seams. I'm super sad. Long story short I went to see if they could do anything and they couldn't. Not even a trade. They remember me buying them so they know it was a couple of days before Christmas. I thought they would be a bit apologetic about they shoes but they really weren't. They said they were sorry they couldn't do anything for me but what about sorry our shoes kinda crapped on you. Lol. Just a little disappointed. REPLY You definitely need to check your records again and not call me a liar. I purchased more then the shoes so why would i buy the shoes somewhere else and lie.. I didn't say the staff was rude they weren't but you are. I was not rude at all and thanked them. They remember me but don't. I didn't expect a refund like I stated is there anything yall can do? But then you come on and say you didn't sell any in Dec is false. I was told about this store by a friend of yalls so I hate that this has happened but I even told and showed him the shoes. I'm sure at some point I will buy from there again but not the broke down shoes you sell.
My bad it was December 14th. I guess that's more then a few days before Christmas. I'm not mad at all. Annoyed yes. Gave my review yes. Got told I didn't buy them from there frustrated. Let me also correct myself I didn't mean to put they knew I bought the shoes they knew I bought stuff. I stated the store was great and I will shop there again just not for shoes. Even then I will pay with a card and take a picture of the receipts and make sure I keep the box. Even after I wear them a couple of times. I know you have had your stuff being sold before the store and out of your house and I know you have people steal from your store but I most definitely bought and paid for the shoes in your store.
