Dollar General — Local services in West Paris

This store is consistently the dirtiest store in the region dust cobwebs and just built up dirt on shelves and products. I went in today, the men's room was out of order, the ladies room door doesnt latch, so it does lock. The water cooler, out of order. Both self checkout terminals out of order, and have been for over a week. Its the only thing bigger than a quickie Mart in the area so they get away with a dumpy store and employees who take more smoke breaks than anything. And can we please get rid of the Ebola/herpes/covid cover pink chew toy that they expect a customer to squeeze when they can't find an employee?

Nice friendly staff, but the shelves are always out of stock of common items. They dont hire enough staff and expect the employees to run the register, stock the shelves and manage the store all at the same time. I blame DG corporate for the way they understaff the stores. Certain things like Welchs single drink mix and others in that section haven't been restocked in months! Lots of other common items I get are hit or miss when they will be on the shelf next. Clover Valley chips stocked 30% of the time. Lots of empty spots on the shelves. It's too bad. I try to support this store because it is close by but now I dread going there because so many things will be not...

This dollar general honestly does not feel nice to be in. The layout of the store is very cluttered and difficult to walk in especially with more than one person in the same Isle. The lighting in the store is really dim in some places and it kind of feels depressing and uncomfortable to be in. Often times items are out of place on the shelves and looks really messy. At the checkout counter they offer candy but it is so filthy and dusty that I would never purchase them. I don't think anyone ever wipes down the shelves and dusts the candy. The staff were okay and polite. I really don't enjoy when I have to come here. It feels really out of date and unclean...
