I called late in the afternoon for a same day delivery. The receptionist told me they probably wouldn't be able to get it out that same day. I told them It was urgent--it was for a child that had been killed recently and it was her 2nd birthday. They were so accommodating and worked around the flowers they didn't have. They didn't charge me a hidden flower "wiring fee" that other online flower shops were charging. PLUS, there delivery fee was $8 lower than other online places I had tried that were "supposedly" in the area--but were really national companies that farm out there orders to unknown local florist. I've always been worried about not "seeing" the flowers sent--as the recipient of several 'online' orders--I've noticed that virtually every time, the flowers are wilted, broken, poorly designed--and after a few of these delivers, it becomes obviously that the various (disreputable) florists were using flowers that would be trashed otherwise (or salvaged and saved purely for out-of-state purchasers), because they know the sender will not likely ever see what the recipient gets--and who's going to say--"hey, I sent you flowers, can you send me a pic?". This was not the case. I got a picture (thank God without asking) of the flowers from the recipient and they were perfectly beautiful. AND the arrangement was made and delivered in less than 2 hours. I could not be more pleased....

On Tuesday I asked them if they had received their bouquet, and they said no. After several days of not answering the phone or returning my phone calls, the next weekend had come. Last Wednesday evening I finally talked to a lady as she was driving. She explained that she's had some really poor help and promised that the bouquet would be at their house the next morning and would even upgrade the order. This afternoon I asked my friend's daughter if she had received her bouquet and she said no. It's pretty sad that they have to go get their own flowers since I'm out of state. I would highly recommend finding another florist to use in the future because they certainly don't care about their customers. $115...

Then, this company calls me back to let me know that they outsourced my order to a different florist since they couldn't be bothered to drive to the section of town I needed the flowers delivered to.
