When we started looking for a quality play set we were quickly disheartened at the price of many of the sets. We also have a smaller yard and quickly learned that many companies could not offer us a custom set to fit into our limited space. We were afraid that our play set dream would never be a reality. Then we discovered King Swings.

The King Swings website was very easy to navigate. King Swings offers so many color choices and custom build options we decided to send an email to see if our dream could be a reality.

From our very first email with Crystal Gingerich everything was easy. Crystal quickly drafted a design for a set that fit into our limited space and had everything we wanted! The best part? The price!!! The set was quoted $4000 less than other companies that offered less. This price included delivery and installation.

Crystal and I exchanged many emails and phone calls going over details and making sure everything was just right before we finalized our design. Crystal even went over the small details like the cute stars in the design of the roof.

Every time I called someone answered the phone. No waiting and no voicemail. Customer service is excellent!

Once we completed our purchase, King Swings sent us a very nice gift in the mail. A very sweet gesture from the company.

Jayden worked with us to set up delivery and was able to help us coordinate a date that worked well for everyone. The set was delivered to Florida from Pennsylvania.

The delivery team, Paul, Wayne and Stephen worked so quickly! They installed the set in an hour and a half or less. They were very courteous and considerate. They checked with us to verify that the placement was correct and that everything was installed properly before they left. They kept us informed through the entire delivery process. Very great team.

The quality of the play set is incredible! The set itself is beautiful with bright vibrant colors. My family was impressed by the materials. “This set will last you a lifetime kid!” Is what they said as the adults proceeded to slide down the slide.

Not only is quality great, but so is the warranty. “We warrant that the workmanship of your playset will be without fault for up to six years. The vinyl has a 20 year warranty against discoloration and fading and the wood under the vinyl has a lifetime warranty against rot and decay. In addition, all canopies, slides, metal components, swings and accessories are warranted six years from date of purchase.”

We recommend King Swings with 100% confidence. From start to finish we were impressed with the kindness and quality we received from everyone in the company. It is clear how much everyone enjoys what they do and are proud of the product they deliver.

The only con that we can find, is how hot the slides can get in the sun. But we plan to put a shade over the are so that won’t be a problem. This detail wouldn’t be enough to deter us from using this company again.

Despite having already sent in my review, I believe this exceptional experience deserves a more personal touch. Nicki King was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Her professionalism and expertise made the ordering process simple. Despite knowing exactly which set we wanted, we were unsure of the color. My choice was perfect because Nicki chose it for me! In our yard, the set looks amazing, and our grandchildren will enjoy it for years to come!

Communication was excellent from the beginning. It is often here that a company will fall short - not King Swings. After sending an interest through the website, Nicki contacted me within hours. The delivery date and estimated installation time were communicated within hours of ordering by Bekah Z. She made sure we didn’t have fences or gates in the way. Many customers may not think about all the things necessary to prepare their space for the set, so she seemed to have thought of them all.

King Swings' tracking app is amazing. It was possible to track the truck as it traveled. What an exciting experience! Frequently, when having work done or deliveries made, contractors give estimated time blocks that leave customers waiting around for hours without knowing when they will arrive. Not this time. We knew exactly when the installation team would arrive. We were able to track the swingset’s arrival with ease and excitement.

Omar (crew lead), John and Aaron made up our install team. They were professional, friendly, and courteous from the moment they arrived. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they were quick and neat. Using a cleaner and a rag, Omar cleaned all the vinyl while inspecting it for imperfections. He sanded out scratches and washed scuff marks if he found any. As he was here, he found a cracked piece of vinyl and replaced it. John took the extra time to place the two bucket swing we had ordered separately and he ensured that each swing swung straight. I was amazed at Aaron's ability to drive the large truck. Our driveway is narrow and long, and he skillfully backed into it. They all seemed to respect each other and worked well together. Apart from the wonderful addition to our yard (the swing set), they made sure to clean up and left the yard so clean it was as if they hadn't been there at all.

As soon as they left, the app notified me of their departure. I was eager to write the best review I have ever written for a company because it is well deserved. I will be recommending King Swings to anyone who will listen.

Playground of our dreams! Not only is it resilient but it's beautifully designed. We had a complicated spot in our yard to place it in and went through multiple iterations trying to make it fit without it being too small, exceeding our budget, or too big. There was another company who sells similar playground (to remain unnamed) that gave up on us because they said it was just too complex. King swings (specifically Crystal) stuck with us despite the complication. They understood it was complicated, but also understood it was a big investment and that we wanted to be sure about the decision. When the time came to install the communication was top notch. They came out when they said they would. The install crew (Raymond, Daniel, and Isaiah) were professional and respectful. Our backyard was difficult to navigate as we had some decorative metal edging we had just put in, but they found a way to navigate the towers without it ruining our edging. We had concerns about the our space not being level and the blocking to make it level. We were concerned the blocking would make it look weird, but we made a suggestion to cut the blocks to exactly the size needed and paint them green to match our turf. They were supportive of that idea and even whipped out some green spray paint! I quickly cut the blocks to size, sprayed them and they took care of the rest. There was a bump in the slide after installing, but they immediately notified us that if the bump didn't disappear in a week they would send out a new slide. The bump wasn't their fault as it was a result of the heat when transporting. We hope the bump will come out, but if it doesn't, we know they will take care of it. Overall, top notch playground and customer service. Don't pay a playground from Costco that will look good for a year! Invest in something that will last a lifetime and that you don't have spend an entire weekend putting together yourself! Picture of our kids using a hose to turn it into a waterslide...
