WOW today, THANKFULLY, I met Tobin Laursen TLC Handyman Services owner/entrepreneur/carpenter/engineer/woodworker/problem solver/and so much more, for the first time! It won't be the last. As a local Realtor I will call him FIRST for future projects (I AM PICKY) and wholeheartedly recommend him to my clients. Thank you, Tobin, for your prompt communication and meticulous adjustment to our white custom cabinetry. He did such an excellent job, I can't even tell there ever was a problem. PROBLEMS: Days before Christmas the refrigerator that was built in to our custom cabinetry DIED. Local appliance dealers could not find a new refrigerator that would fit into the space where our dead one was built in. They were all at least an inch too tall. Therefore we couldn't slide it in to the refrig opening as before and couldn't open the cabinet doors above it without pulling the new refrigerator out 10 inches each time we wanted to open them. I've had a long to-do list since moving into a new home and ultimately started searching for a handyman so I could make some progress on it while my work schedule picked up.

From my initial outreach to the day of work, Tobin was professional, responsive and honest.

After completing the form on his website, he contacted me within 24-hours to learn more about the project and talked me through his pricing model. He wasn't able to handle one of my drywall projects but he went the extra mile and gave me four different contacts that he trusted to help me get the job done.

Scheduling a date/time for him to tackle my other projects was a breeze and when the day came, he was on time and prepared to dive right in. Our new storm doors look great and having him replace my hose bib saved me some $ vs having a licensed plumber do the job.

I'd recommend Tobin to anyone and know I'll be a repeat customer in the future....
