Penny Mart — Local services in West Tawakoni

New ownership is terrible! I've been coming here since it opened when I was a kid and I will not be coming back. I do my laundry here weekly and every week since they took over, there is something wrong with the washers and I waste time and money having to rewash my clothes. I always pay for extra cycles and only get back the money for a basic cycle. They start pushing buttons on the machine, changing the temp on my temp sensitive items and try to get me to keep using a broken washer because now, after my clothes have been tumbling dry for 20 min, you got a tiny bit of water to come out finally. No sir. Yall need to fix your machines, get more than one person running back and forth and act like you actually care if your customers come back. So sad to see this place...

Well to my very very undoubtedly too much change for a place called Penny Mart I walk into the store with 99 pennies and I torches will what I thought I was going to be purchasing and he told me no my pennies were no good here at the penny Mart and at that time I looked at him he looked at me and I'll swing that change all the way across that floor and all of the ground and I walked out of Penny Mart without a single penny in my pocket and you better believe she's going to change name or he going to get the game Penny Mart baby let it go making pennies...

New ownership has poor Customer service had to wait 15 minutes for them to look at a dryer that was not heating up as well as the washing machines were dirty inside and out I would recommend making the extra trip...
