From the first call i was treated with someone very welcoming. I chose to go through the process over the phone and everything went smoothly. I and let me repeat I took my things to the facility and put them in the wrong unit. HA! HA! I received a call because management thought i had not started storing there. I explained my mistake and the unit i put things in and they were so understanding they just switched the unit numbers out. I was greatful that i did not have to move my things again. I used the facility for just over a year and never had any issues. If you’re looking for storage in the Quinlan/Tawakoni area i would suggest StorMaXX first. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend using this place to store anything unless you want all of your stuff stolen. They will not assist you if something does happen even though they have cameras and a gate that is open all the time for anyone to just walk in freely and cameras that most definitely do not work. IV been here for years and they have been AMAZING !!
