Lake Country motel? Houston place properties? — Hotel in West Tawakoni

They are now one of the houston place properties. This place charged me a 200 dollar deposit. 750 a month rent. I wouldn't live there again for any reason. First I couldn't get a address to get wifi and cable . They provided antenna TV which was out of order for almost a month to fix it. First night nosey drunk neighbors running up and down the hallway and stairs all night. Nice people but very drunk and very loud. A rude man who would bang on the wall but played loud music and had traffic running in and out of his room all hours of the night. Sink stopped up and it took three days to get it fixed. Every time the couple upstairs took a shower the would overflow. Which the lead to a bug infection which I tried to get uncontrolled but nothing worked. It literally made me hate going home because they were everywhere and they were even in the bed. I washed my bedding once a week and put a cover over mattress but not even that helped. The manager was nice but didn't speak very good English and it was hard to communicate with her. The owner is a slum lord who doesn't care about her Tennants. She doesn't return calls or texts. When I moved I cleaned my apartment better than it was when I moved in. We were month to month and no lease was broken. It is kid friendly but I wouldn't move my kid in a place where drunks and drug addiction was ev, erywhere you looked. Its called houston place luxury for less. That's a laugh there is no luxury at all there. This place should be shut down. She kept my deposit and refused to answer my calls. It's still a motel no matter what the sign says. IF YOU ARE SMART GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I would rather sleep in a tent Than live in that nasty drug and bug infested place. No one...

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, needs to totally be shut down and demolished. For starters we called and you can't understand the people that answer. They say ya they have a room for us, 2 kids 2 adults 1 full week. I tell them okay, I'll be there in an hour. Freak rain storm hits, and we get delayed not even 30 minutes. We show up, cop is arresting a guy in the parking lot, another cop has a guy on the ground. Drug deal busted. Sign says open, no answers at the door, so we call since it was flooded by the window. This little chinese woman comes out, and I tell her I'm the lady that called wanting the week room. This little 4ft crack motel running lady starts screaming at me that she's not giving me a room, because I woke her up and she should have me arrested. As we are leaving a couple come up to us and explain what the owners do that makes this place suck more. The crazy lady barges in on you at 7a.m. with NO WARNING and makes YOU clean the whole room, while bitching at you about anything messed up. Check out is at 11, yet she calls you at 10 and tells you to GET OUT OR PAY. There are people walking up and down the halls selling drugs like room service. There are bedbugs as well as roaches and a RAT!! No joke. DRIVE TO GREENVILLE OR TERRELL ITS WORTH IT!!! IF YOU STAY HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY...

VERY RUDE. If I could give zero stars I would. I called to ask if they had any rooms with double beds and the lady that answered could barely speak English. Then, after she said yes, I asked her what size of beds they had(ex: twin, full, queen, king).She then told me if I wanted to know to come by and see for myself and hung up. Afterwards, I waited a few mins and called back and asked if she had any rooms available. Furthermore, she raised her voice at me and said “I told you if wanna know what kind of beds to stop by” and said bye. I asked her so are they twins, fulls, Kings, or queens.
