This is now my new favorite smoke shop to go to. I couldn’t imagine cheating on them with any other smoke shop. From the moment I walked through the door, the energy was excellent. Megan is more than the best employee in the universe let alone of the year. Megan is the GOAT. I love Megan. Smoke Land Shop is damn well very absolutely lucky to have an employee as valuable as Megan is. Megan made my experience shopping here for the first time so amazing to satisfactory. Meghan is attentive, very helpful, full of knowledge, is very patient and besides being an absolute total hot babe, she’s extremely beautifully inside and out! If her manager sees this, I hope she gets a raise! It’s employees like her that really makes somebody’s day and sometimes you really don’t know the kind of day someone’s having. Megan really made my day today. I’m sitting here still in the parking lot in front of the shop because I could not help to leave without writing the most amazing review I have ever written because this really is the best smoke shop out here. I go into this store all the time I buy vape after vape. Today the girl wanted to make a suggested I listened against my better judgement cause they never give me any issue. I did try it in the store not saying that but within in a few hits of the vape within a matter of minutes it tasted like a chemical and burnt. Clearly it is defective. I called them to let them know and because I left the store there is nothing they can do, but it is not my fault it went defective in minutes I had to leave to work. So I will take my business and any other business I brought to them else where. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. This is just for awareness so be careful. I never ever complain or give anyone a hard time about anything. It is a safety issue and they act like something can’t go wrong after you leave store like cmon. This was all in total 30 minutes. NOT QUATILY PRODUCTS SOLD HERE. Bought product with tight clip which fractured when putting together. Can clearly see I didn’t drop and break or shatter this piece. It has hairline fractures due to pressure of the tight clip sold to me with the device. Called store and spoke with owner about it and best he could do was give me 65% off on a new one then I said that wasn’t good enough and he hung the phone up.
