Westerly Packing Co — Local services in Westerly

Visited for the first time yesterday on the recommendation of a friend and wasn't disappointed! I picked up some 2" thick NY Strip steaks that they cut for me on the spot. The meat was fantastic and extremely delicious. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, from the butcher, counter staff, cashiers, etc. They have a huge selection of meats, both fresh and frozen, as well as a lot of seafood. They also have a FANTASTIC selection of spices at great prices.

The store is spacious and well laid out and full of stuff that will make you very hungry. I will certainly be a regular customer from this point forward. If you question making the drive out there, let me just say it's well worth the trip. If you're having a BBQ or just making a nice dinner, this is a one-stop shop to get...

The food here is always really good but the experience I just had on 10/29 at 1130am with the cashier I may never go back. My wife and I are in line to checkout. I noticed the cashier on back side was almost done. We were next in line so I walked around to her and she rudely says the line starts over there. I tell her I know but we are next and she ignores us. So we go back in line now with 5 people in front of us. The cashier then proceeded to let a customer jump in front of all of us and cashes them out, and then takes another customer that wasnt in line. Favoritism or just incompetence? Either way...

my grandma went to westerly packing when she came home she told me a story that I would like to share she walked in and everything was fine than someone named alfonso walked up to her everything seemed good at first and than he tripped my grandma on accident but instead of apologizing he walked into the back and left my grandma to drive home alone when she showed us the injuries to her back we had to bring her to the hospital this was last weekend on a Sunday stay away from westerly packing! P.s she is loaded and I am in the will nevermind you guys...
