The Escape Room USA Westfield — Local services in Westfield

This was one of the worst escape rooms we have done. The room was 80 degrees and no one told us the room was this hot. Plus being handcuffed together made the experience worse with the heat. The game master person is as also not sure what is going on every time we asked for another clue he would say give me a second and took 1 to 2 minutes to give the clue! On top of everything as we left management was talking bad about our group for “messing” up the room which we did not. We have done multiple escape rooms and this was the WORST EXPERIENCE!! I will not be going back to this location!

After the escape room we were accused of taking a flashlight!!!! We told him the displease with the escape room experience and he was less then concerned. Note Joshua was not to be blamed it was the two upper management one in a hat the other in dress clothes. This establishment is horrible. Much prefer the Fishers and...

1st time visiting The Escape Room USA in Westfield, IN and it was a great experience. We did Jail Break as a pair and had a blast!

Room had a pretty typical Jail set and theme overall, but it was well done and had multiple rooms to explore. The sets were good and puzzles were on the easier side, even though we still used 3-4 nudges.

Our GM (Alyssa) was extremely friendly and did a great job of giving us some nudges along the way to ensure we kept moving forward. Alyssa was actively following our progress and excited for us when we escaped with 5:30 left.

We did the Titanic escape room. It was really fun & entertaining. We loved the different puzzles & things. Glad we all got our little moment to shine by finding clues and solving them as a team. Our game master Brady (I think was his name or something like that, we had the 5:40 pm slot on 01/20) was really awesome & super helpful. We couldn't have done it without him.
