Just had a very bad experience at the Westford MA store. I received a coupon in the mail which was valid thru 10/31 but they would not let me use it because their system incorrectly said I had already used it earlier in the day which was not true. The last time I shopped Ace hardware was in September. They said there was nothing they could do to give me the $5 off which I was entitled to. Very poor...
