On October 21st I called in for the total of my order also stating that I wanted to remove something’s because my RSVP list had dropped. The employee told me that would be fine. Fast forward I go in on October 25th to not only pay for my order but to remove the things I no longer needed keep in mind my babyshower was upcoming (October 26th)... while I’m there the guy who I spoke to on Monday the 21st wasn’t there and didn’t relay the message to the owner so the owner started being all sarcastic stating that i should have had common sense not to make any changes the day before and that i should’ve made the changes Wednesday, but remember when i called in on the 21st the employee never stated that it would be a problem or that i had a deadline so again I’m thinking I’m in the clear! So I’m still standing (high risk pregnancy) here arguing with the owner telling him that it wasn’t my fault i was making changes the day before because his employee never gave me the deadline (needing to call by Wednesday) so he needed to address that with him. Made it seem like it was my fault and was being a complete JERK mind you I still have him my business because my babyshower was the following day... fast forward it’s baby shower day and as people are eating they are noticing some pieces of RAW CHICKEN... I would say not to order from here... And I most definitely will be contacting OSHA and the BBB because we definitely took lots of pictures... My money will be returned, I’m sure of it! I’m pregnant and high risk at that and your serving me RAW CHICKEN which could have harmed my unborn child or my guest... YOUR A HORRIBLE PERSON AND YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH I PROMISE YOU!!! STAY AWAY...

We’ve used Marquis Food Service for graduation parties, a bridal shower, and a wonderful post wedding event in our backyard. Scott and his team are top notch professionals when it comes to planning and executing an important event. The food is always wonderful, and I appreciate how much time Marquis takes with the presentation of the food. Setup and cleanup is always done well! I won’t do another event without Marquis Food Service!!

In addition to hiring Scott, I’ve watched him support a local woman who is battling ALS. Scott has supported an annual bowling fundraiser for five years running! He understands that giving back to the community you serve is so important. Bravo Marquis Food Service!
