My girlfriend took her PC to him while I was out of town in order to upgrade her PC. After reading the reviews I was incredibly excited for her to take it to him despite knowing how to replace parts myself, I'm still uncomfortable with knowing how to properly mess around with the BIOS to accommodate the new parts. He neglected to inform her that she should use the new power cord that comes with the new PSU in order to accommodate for the new amps etc that her more powerful PSU which caused it to die fully and he got an extra appointment at our expense to put in a new PSU which again, didn't warn her about the cord and was causing issues. Fortunately this time around I asked her the question and she found it in the box. What is common sense to some isn't common sense to others and this information should be provided to customers who are relying upon a professional to make sure they don't run into any issues. After two visits, Her PC still will randomly Greenscreen and I got her to start checking out if all her drivers were updated, like he said he made sure to have done.... Her BIOS is from 2018, 5 years old... This type of negligence makes me question what else was missed... did he make sure to adjust the power going to the parts with the new supply etc.
I'm not sure if it was that they are super busy or what but honestly super disappointed.

They offered to take the PC back, make sure that they would update the bios and do some stress tests...

The person at the front desk told me he would look at it and call me back with the cost of replacing the back side of the computer. Day and a half later I get a call informing me that the cost of replacement and labor would be $250.00 dollars. I declined repairs and went to pick up my pc. When I arrived I was told I owed the PC Center $45.00 for diagnosis. I informed the person at the counter that I did not have diagnosis, but simply had a estimate on replacing my back panel.
