7-Eleven — Local services in Westmont

Very rude Hispanic girl working. Threatened me when I called her out on being rude! I brought lottery and noticed she was rude to all the African American customers and nice to the Hispanic clients. I gave her my lotto ticket to cash in and told her I wanted a powerball, mega and super and gave her my daily 3 board. She rudely said “ wait a minute” gave me my daily 3 tickets and started ringing up a Hispanic client with his 2 girls. I said “ I am not done” she rudely said wait, and then said I’m only one person and do you want me to help you or not” “ then said” you don’t want to mess with me”. I waited in there to ask her name and manager name and she would not give me her name and said you can call tomorrow morning and talk to Muhammad. I know good help is hard to find but hiring a racist is not the way to go! Even if she was frustrated why would she stop helping me and help the Hispanic man when I was not done! I have been coming to this 7 eleven since it opened but I won’t be back and I will tell everyone in the neighborhood that is black not to go, because a racist works there. I am a frequent visitor to this particular 7-Eleven location. Despite having two options nearby, I consistently choose this one due to the exceptional staff. The employees here are incredibly laid-back and do not hassle me about carrying a backpack to store my personal belongings while I am biking.

I must also commend the establishment on their new display at the checkout stand. It is truly impressive. Furthermore, I am a big fan of the 7-Eleven point system and the fantastic deals that I can enjoy through the 7rewards program.

Given my positive experiences, I will undoubtedly continue to patronize this 7-Eleven as it has become my preferred local...
