Is sad to see that Little Caesars is gone from this plaza, as it is also going from a lot of places within the Harford county, I do not know why this has happened because the location was usually always busy maybe it's because they did not do delivery so that could be what it is but they don't have dining they only do take out so I don't know why the pandemic would have affected the business to close, they still have a few decent stores at this shopping center with good prices and good customer service so I was still recommend it for other things like clothing or food shopping or miscellaneous items for your car or...

The lot is in fair condition and it's a good place to get staples but currently, trash is all over the place and there are a lot of vacant storefronts. Also, there is no security presence so traffic is a bit aggressive and some traffic signs are damaged or missing. This place could use occasional police presence and definitely needs another magnet business besides...
