United States Postal Service — Local services in Weyauwega

I ship and receive packages frequently, and when comparing this post office to others around the U.S., I'm pretty impressed with how timely the packages are moved at this location. The staff here is friendly (also applies to the nearby Fremont post office) and they're always very helpful, courteous and quick to answer my questions, or help me find answers if they don't know. The location is easy to find and has pretty good hours for a small town post office. I appreciate the postal workers at these locations and I feel they do their jobs with integrity and honesty. The same cannot be said for all postal locations, especially bigger cities, but I've always had very good results and experiences with these...

They returned my package to sender for no reason at all. I called customer service and they said it had been returned to sender already and they could do nothing to fix it. Specifically Mike lied to me, very bad customer service on his end. The package was returned to sender on a Wednesday and according to the shipping updates was finally delivered on Saturday to the sender. Half the time my mail gets delivered to another house and I never get it. Other times it doesn't come until super late. Also, I love right in town so I don't understand why my mail is so late half the time or delivered to another house! Editing this since I posted it 4 years ago. Nothing has changed! I get my mail held so I can actually get it and it doesn't get held and then it also doesn't get delivered. It is very frustrating when you can't even get your mail. Should all be felons at this point for tampering...
