The Gerold Opera House — Attraction in Weyauwega

I recently went to the Gerold Opera House to watch the documentary film, Back On Track. It was fun being in a historic building. We sat on chairs, some around tables. No theater seats. There was also seating in the balcony. It was easy to see the screen and the temperature inside was comfortable. There are steps going into the building at the front. I did not see a handicapped entrance, but then, I did not look for one. On street parking, or a public parking lot in the back. I would not hesitate to go to another event...

Nice architecture. Apparently semi - converted to a banquet hall, giving the interior more of a gymnasium feel. Plenty of architectural detail to enjoy but some acoustic tile upgrades clash with the building itself. Overall a pleasant venue to watch a show...

Great experience in this old building to watch Dead Mans Carnival. Set up with tables on the floor and a few rows of seats in the balcony. The staff was excellent serving guests. The show worked perfectly on this stage. I would make the...
