Traverse County Fairgrounds — Local services in Wheaton

I enjoy going to the fair and eating some of the fair foods.. while there I generally walk around to different buildings and look at entries to see what people have to display.. its a shame that the livestock barn is usually quite empty. Traverse County fair is usually about the same time as the minnesota state fair so it's tough for anyone to enter their projects at both places... on the Saturday night of the fair we have the great opportunity to see a great, fantastic fireworks display.. I sincerely hope this is something that will continue for years to come.. thanks to everyone involved in making the fair a success. ...

We're from thr fargo area. But came to the fair to watch relatives race dirt bikes. It was the first for me watching it live. It was fun. After the races we went to the county fair. It was a small carnival, and you could tell most everyone knew each other. There were a number of local food vendors. There was also rapid fire bingo stand, that benefited the local VFW. Played a few games of bingo and called it a day. I don't know that I'd do it again, but...

Very well kept grounds. Nicely mowed during the green seasons. Roads are free of potholes and obstacles. The grandstands are well maintained. The buildings are very nice. During the winter it is not plowed for public access which is a shame as it has several Pokémon Go...
