We decided to rent from Gemini three years ago after trying to find a home that was closer to my husband's work. We were unable to find the right home to accommodate our family in the area. Then we heard about a home for rent through Gemini that a friend thought would be a great match for us and it was. The house itself is beautiful, not your typical rental property. It's decorated beautifully with lots of bold colors that make it feel like a home instead of a traditional rental property. The home is in a wonderful neighborhood and within walking distance to everything in this small town. Gemini is a great company to rent from for a lot of reasons, one in particular happened our first winter in the house. A snow storm knocked out power to our area and was not expected to be restored for days. The team at Gemini Capital Management had a generator delivered very quickly and we were able to stay warm while the electric company fixed the problem. I happily rented one of Gemini’s downtown St. Louis apartments for 1.5 years. I’ve lived in numerous apartments across different regions and states, but Gemini’s apartments were by far my favorite renting experience. All units were newly renovated with a dishwasher and laundry machine, super clean, secure, and decently spacious. As a St. Louis native, it’s awesome to see modern style apartments being built downtown. Sure, it’s a small town with limited things to do, but if you want a “downtown” experience with the ability to walk to restaurants and the gym across the street, definitely consider Gemini’s apartments in St. Louis (or even Ithaca). Sadly, I had to break my lease after living there for 1.5 years due to increasing medical bills, but I would have certainly stayed longer and renewed for a third term if my finances hadn’t...

Being a tenant of Gemini Capitol Management has been a great experience. If there is any issue with the building, such as plumbing, heating, AC, lighting, etc.. They have been very prompt to get the issue resolved in the fast possible way, so there is no interruption for our business. I would highly recommend doing business with Gemini, as they are very professional and have been excellent to work and deal with.
